There is $40 non-refundable non- transferable booking deposit when booking. Deposits go towards the balance of your service.

• Remaining balance for service may be paid via Cash, Apple Pay or Zelle. • No Refunds permitted.

• 10 mins late- appointment cancelled without notice, and will require new appointment to be booked with a new deposit. • No Shows are banned from booking in the future. Full service payment will be charged to the card on file.

• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment via your appointment confirmation email. • Same day cancellations will require full service to be charged to card on file. • Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours before your appointment will require a new appointment to be booked with a new deposit. Deposits are non refundable. To avoid losing your deposit, please reschedule before the 24 hour time period prior to your appointment.

A non refundable Squeeze In fee of $50 will be required in addition to your $40 appointment deposit.

• I do not remove other nail tech's work. • I do not work over other nail tech's work. • I do not take same day appointments. • $15 Soak off fee will be applied if you require a new set or removal. • No children or extra guests allowed in the salon
